SAVORY - SFOGLIA CROCCANTE (CRIPSBREAD)
Our crispbreads are not sweet but savoury. Made with bread dough, they do not have a regular shape because they are handmade, obtaining very thin and crunchy pieces. In order to prevent air bubbles from forming during baking, we make small holes in the crispbreads. Moreover, with the purpose of making the product approachable to the audience, after countless tests we have created a recipe that replaces lard with natural vegetable oil which make the taste stand out and render them lighter. The crispbreads are a perfect natural snack to be eaten in any moment of day.
