PROFUMO DI NATURA - SEASONINGS
In Pyrgos on the island of Cyprus, over 4000 years ago, skilled perfumers created "euodia", I.E. "good smells".
All they needed was a mill to produce olive oil, used as a fixative for aromas, and two distillers to extract the precious essential oils from the spices: they mixed everything in earthenware pots and the aromatic bouquet was ready to be enjoyed.
Today, in Città di Castello, as then, our expert aroma-makers select excellent extra virgin olive oil, make infusions for a few days with perfumed spices and fix the aroma with natural essential oils: they mix everything in stainless steel and make our Perfumes of Nature, genuine, very tasty and inebriating
