Organoleptic Characteristics
The wine has a pale pink color with reflections
orange. Fruity and spicy bouquet with hints of
pomegranate, raspberry and melon. On the
palate it has a good flavor, pleasantly acidulous,
soft and persistent with a finish spicy.
Gastronomic use
Very versatile in both meat and fish
combinations. Also perfect as an aperitif
