Organoleptic Characteristics
The wine has a straw yellow color with
greenish reflections, with hints of yellow fruit,
citrus and floral notes.
On the palate it is sapid and persistent.
Gastronomic use
With seafood appetizers and vegetables, with
pasta dishes like pasta asciutta and risotto,
white meat second courses and fish.
