SEASONAL - ANELLO DI MONACO
It is a dessert with a complex preparation handcrafted exclusevly in the ovens of our city at a certain times of the year. A leavened dough cake, it looks similar to a panettone with an internal hole, glazed with sugar on the surface and filled with a hazelnut and almond-based cream (or pistachio or lemon). In the shape, it also resembles a donut 20cm high. Internally the dough is yellow and gives off a scent and flavor of hazelnuts and butter.
