BENVOLIO 1938 ORGANIC LINSEED OIL
is produced and bottled in Italy, by mechanical pressing, from a careful selection of the best flax seeds from 100% organic farming from the best Italian, European and other plantations, depending on the seasonality of the harvest. It is a pure linseed oil with a slight hint of rosemary. Unlike conventional oils, it is obtained by mechanical extraction without the use of solvents, with subsequent filtration and purification in a steam current. Benvolio has been researching the best seeds and oils since 1938, and guarantees the quality control and goodness of the product along the entire supply chain.

LINSEED OIL BENEFITS
This oil is naturally rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially OMEGA-3 (alpha-linolenic acid), which help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3). One tablespoon (13 ml) of Benvolio 1938 organic linseed oil contains about 5 g of alpha-linolenic acid.

FLAX SEED OIL DAILY DOSE and how to take it
We recommend taking one teaspoon of flaxseed oil in the morning on an empty stomach as a remedy against constipation and using it as a raw condiment.

FLAVOUR, TEXTURE AND USES
With a delicate flavour with hints of rosemary, sage and bay leaf, it is ideal for consumption raw. It can be used to dress salads or light dishes such as fish carpaccio. It is excellent in the morning in yoghurt or smoothies.

This natural hair oil is excellent for all hair types. It makes it soft and shiny. With an anti-frizz effect, it counteracts the formation of split ends and is also ideal for brittle hair. It can be used both as a restructuring pre-shampoo on dry hair and as a nourishing mask on damp hair.
