Minutolo grapes, also in the sparkling version maintains very interesting notes of aromatics herbs, which make Amore Protetto a sparkling wine with a well structure. An elegant and unconventional sparkling wine, whose type is easily recognizable, but it is also an incredible personal expression.

> The nose is intense and elegant with light notes of bread and intense hints of aromatic herbs, thyme and sage. Then citrus notes and light hints of almond come up.
