COLLINE ROSSO PICENO, Rosso Piceno Doc
Rosso Piceno is the biggest appellation in Marche region, covering an area of approximate 120 km North-South and 50 km East-West.
The blend usually consists in a majority of Montepulciano (min. 35%), plus Sangiovese (min. 15%, max 50%) and can allow a maximum of 15% of other red varietals.
Our Rosso Piceno comes from the North-West corner of the appellation, very close to the mountains, meaning more freshness and elegance than other Rosso Piceno.
