Passerina is an autochthonous varietal growing in the central East Regions of Italy. It is related with the big Trebbiano family and takes its name from the Italian word “Passero”, in English “sparrow”.
Passerina gives wines which are very refreshing, with a nice aromatic profile and a lighter body.
