Pale salmon-coloured rosé. Crystal clear. Elegant perlage. At the nose it is quite intense with clear flavours of violet, forest violet, wild berries, strawberry and peach. It tastes elegant, lightly fruity, fresh.
It pairs perfectly with fish, vegetable or cold cuts appetizer and pasta. Suggested with caprese, prosciutto e melone (raw ham and melon), rice salad. Excellent with fish courses both fresh-water and marine. To try with sushi.
