Fermentation with cultured yeasts at 16-18°C controlled temperature.
REFINING:
Temperature controlled stainless steel, charmat method.
During ageing the wine undergoes several analytical controls to
assure its integrity.

Cold sterile
ALCOHOL CONTENT:
11.5% vol.
COLOR:
Soft pink
NOSE:
Complex and intense, pleasently fruity with hints
of cherry and strawberry
PALATE:
Well balanced, dry and fresh
SUGGESTED PAIRINGS:
Excellent as an aperitif, but also with vegetables quiche, raw fish
tartare and tasty white meat.
