NOSE:
Finely aromatic with fruity hints
PALATE:
Alive, balanced, with refined structure.
SUGGESTED PAIRINGS:
Excellent as an aperitif, shellfish, raw fish, white meats
seasoned with tasty sauces, smoked meats.
INTERNATIONAL PAIRINGS:
It balances spicy and peppery sensations, perfect on oriental foods,
such as many Thai or Indian dishes.
