Amarone della Valpolicella, nowadays unanimously considered the most valuable Veronese wine and one of the most important Italian red wines, is characterized by its great intense flavour with outstanding dried fruits notes.
Inspired by our ancestors that, for centuries, have been skillfully using wine as an ingredient in charcuterie, we have matched two products of Italian excellence to get a traditional and at the same time exclusive charcuterie product.
Indeed, adding Amarone dellaValpolicella during the Coppa processing stages, enriches the aromatic profile, giving it a unique and marked flavour. The result is a delicious balance between the intensity of Amarone dellaValpolicella D.O.C.G and the traditional flavouring of Coppa Stagionata.
