After the strict selection of the best grapes of every year, Pra’ della Luna Prosecco Millesimato was born.
At glass it has crystal bright tiny yellow color, emphasized by an extremely fine perlage, given by a second fermentation of 6 months.
This is a sparkling wine with a strong and defined personality, but also very elegant and delicate, with a fascinating aroma of floreal and fruit bouquet added by an elegant mineral note.
At palate, its equilibrium appears quite clear, its creamy and persistent perlage, the minerality and salinity emphasize the marvelous and gentle structure and elegance.
Perfect match with all kind of seafood, from starters to main dishes.
