Pitted Riviera Olives
Pitted olives in brine, cultivar Leccino, among the most cultivated in Italy, they are appreciated for their delicate flavor. Given the extremely short maturing times, they are medium-small sized with a rather elliptical and not regular shape and the characteristic color between green and dark violet.
