Peranzana Bio Extra Virgin Olive OIl
Olio Roccia is a family story, love for the land and oil production.
We are an Extra Virgin Olive Oil production company, based in Puglia, in Capitanata.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the Peranzana and Coratina cultivars, typical of Daunia which, thanks to the characteristics of the soil on which they grow and the favorable climate, give the oil beneficial properties with unmistakable flavours.
Being a very young company, handed down and re-evaluated, we wanted to break with the stylistic standards of the packaging used in the bottling of oil, creating a minimal line inspired by Italian design, sustainable and functional (dark glass to protect the oil from oxidation)
Our oils are designed to enhance the typical dishes of our beloved Puglia, to enhance the territory because the fruits that grow here in our olive groves are treated with kindness by taking all the love and passion we place.
For us, the concept of oil and cooking is to have regard for mother earth and respect for the coexistence of biodiversity, all working at a slow pace, in harmony with the natural cycle and letting the fruits tell the story of the beauty of our land.
