BLUNOTTE ORGANIC
Age of plants: 10 years old.
Training method: Spurred cordon, 1.5 kg grapes per plant.
Harvest: Manual into crates the second and third week of September.
Fermentation and maceration: In non vitrified concrete tanks for about two weeks at a temperature of around 25/26°C.
Aging: In concrete tanks on fine lees for a period of about 1 year.
