PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS/STRENGTHS
Panfrise are a typical Apulian speciality, crunchy but at the same time very crumbly (the hardness is comparable to the hardness of the rusks) obtained thanks to a mixture of flour mix, seeds, water and baking.
Produced by functional aspects as rich in fiber.
Their particularity is given by the fact that they can be consumed as they are, without wetting them. They are used as a base for pâté, mustard or as a substitute for bread for tasting cold cuts, sushi, vegetables, etc.
