Melisseo and Doride
With this line we connected the wine to the territory, trying to omit the hand of man. It is part of the leading products of our company, through which the De Luca family expresses the love and passion, that bind them, to the territory and to the production of their products. This line is made up of Melisseo (red wine) and Doride (white wine). The wine is made from native vines, located on the slopes of the Melissa hills. The grape variety used for Melisseo is Gaglioppo and for Doride it is Greco Bianco .
These wines are soft, elegant, round,well-bodied and they have a strong regional identity.
Both wines undergo a small passage in barrique and despite this, the wood does not invade the wine. They also enjoy an intensely fruity bouquet. This line is very particular and intriguing.
