A very tasty cream obtained by grinding the pulp of the olives. Excellent to spread on crackers, canapés, stale bread slices, croutons, toast, combined with tomato, hard-boiled egg or fresh cheese. Delicious for dressing vegetables, legumes, salads, pasta and fish.
Ingredients: green olives, extravirgin olive oil, garlic, chilli, salt. Lactic acid.
