This product recalls the tradition of Apulian Easter sweets. They look just like the great classic taralli but are covered with a special glaze, which in Puglia is called "gilepp". A dough made from FRESH EGGS ,flour, oil, salt and once well blended give rise to a smooth and soft dough. The result will be that of a delicious and delicious dessert, perfect to enjoy during the holidays but not only, very crumbly and has an inimitable taste.
