Once upon a time, fishermen were looking for a way so as not to throw away any of the cuttlefish, so the housewives decided to combine the ink (cuttlefish ink) with a sauté of garlic, cherry tomatoes and parsley.
Today this precious and tasty ink is used as a sauce and in its variant it also represents a natural dye with an intense taste much appreciated in the kitchen.
