Our orzotti (i.e., barley) are ready-to-cook being prepared with organic Italian spelt and organic dehydrated vegetables and being ready in appoximately 17 minutes, according to the instructions printed on the label. The buononaturale ready-to-cook (orzotto) barley range includes: Barley with porcini mushrooms and Barley with tomato and basil. Vegan OK.
