Craft agricultural brewery and cultivation production of extra virgin olive oil.
Our CaneNero farm extends over 20 hectares in Tuscany, in the municipalities of Pergine Valdarno and Bucine.
With great respect for nature, we cultivate and sow two-row barley and wheat on the hills of our land in Tuscany, more precisely in the Chianti Aretino area. The barley and wheat we grow are free from pesticides, additives and chemicals in general. The selected seed is independently "malted" within our company. With our land work, cultivation and malting we obtain a "unique" beer, special for its characteristics, natural, unfiltered, with noble yeasts, naturally refermented in the bottle without adding gas, we can define ourselves as the "Winegrowers" of Beer. precisely because the production process starts from the land to the bottle and just like wine every year has its malt which is reflected with its characteristics in our zero kilometer beer. Annual production 1000 hectoliters.
With the same respect we cultivate our olive grove composed mostly of plants of the Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio species.
The hand-picked olives are taken to the mill and pressed on the same day to obtain an extremely fresh oil rich in polyphenols.
