Acetaia Terra del Tuono is an ancient manufacture seated in Italy since 1892. We work in the Food Sector, producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, Igp Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Condiments, Sauces and Innovative Food Specialties with unique , new technologies.
Among our most recent creations we offer Pearls, small soft spheres obtained by molecular spherification, the first solid Balsamic Grated, the innovative line of Crystals, solidification in the form of small flakes of Truffle, Porcini Mushrooms, Genoese Pesto, Black Olives, juice of Lemon, Cherry, Passion Fruit, Raspberry, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Tomato Pulp, and then again the 100% Craft Beer Vinegars and a new line of Gourmet Creams and Sauces.
